Not bad but if you want some critics then it seems kinda empty. If you changed the background a little bit then it would look even better. Good job though.

For beginning it's very nice, I think you are beginner in banners, because I saw people creating banners like that, and they were beginners, anyways nice, one of my first banners was bad :S but your banner is nice
