  • Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 (PC/XB1/PS4) revealed *SHOCKING* (will not really...)

Overview Preview (lots of info here):

    http://www.ign.com/articles/2015/04/...s-and-campaign

Here's a snippet of on the biggest changes:

The next big point is one that makes the MOBA player in me very, very happy. You no longer play as generic soldiers. Before a match begins, you pick a unique character, each with his, her, or its own unique power and weapon. You can only pick one though (the power or the weapon), and each is treated like a miniature score streak.

Though Treyarch is still tweaking things, when I played, I felt like I unlocked my weapon or power about as often as I unlocked a UAV.

Four Specialists have been revealed so far, with at least another five on the way.

Ruin’s weapons are Gravity Spikes, which allow him to leap through the air and slam down on his target with an area-of-effect shockwave. His power, Overdrive, greatly accelerates all movement for a short time.

Seraph’s (my personal favorite) weapon is the Annihilator, a huge, high-caliber revolver that kills enemies in one shot and has penetration rounds. If you can line up two enemies, you’ll take them both out. Her ability is Combat Focus, which triggers a bonus multiplier to score steak points.

Outrider’s weapon is the Sparrow, a compound bow with explosive bolts. Her ability is Vision Pulse, which expands out from the player, tagging all enemies’ locations and allowing you to see them through walls.

Reaper is a killer robot. His weapon is the scythe, a minigun that emerges from his arm. His ability, Glitch, allows him to flash back to wherever he was a few seconds ago.
    Platform notes:

"We're working on Xbox One, PS4 and PC. That's it," he added. As for other platforms such as PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and - stop smirking at the back - Wii U? We were directed to Activision, which said it had no further platform announcements at this time.

I was really disappointed to be honest. For me it looks like a mix of Black Ops II, Advanced Warfare and Titanfall.

This jumping like in Advanced Warfare makes me wanna cry.. it's just not Call of Duty..

Black Ops 3's protagonist is customizable, including gender

For the first time in the franchise's history, the campaign's protagonist is fully customizable. In addition to upgrading abilities, changing your character's appearance and tweaking weapons, players can pick the gender of their Call of Duty hero. "It's not just a female head on a male body. It's a different set of animations for the entire game," Lamia says. Character interaction will even differ based on the protagonist's gender. "We knew we were going to do fully unique male, fully unique female for all scenes and all the customization that goes for both. Thank God for Blu-ray, right?" Campaign Director and Senior Executive Producer Jason Blundell jokes, adding the game's protagonist is fully voiced regardless of gender.

Studio head Mark Lamia says the new Zombies mode is worthy of its own game and will be "mind-blowing" for "years"

PC version is high-priority for Treyarch; min specs released already (Yea right... i will believe it when I see it)

Thrust jumps are very subtle and nothing like AW boost jumps

"And no one can please his mighty satisfactions", It is indeed a pretty large step for Call of Duty to rise to nowadays technology and appear in some future-forms tech as the Robotic crap but you have to admit, the game is an excellency according to other games and you gotta give it some credit at some point because eventually, everyone plays it.
