When i join it says minigame

When i got killed and come again it again says minigame

In my opinion,
"player" here referring to the player itself (that read the rules), "players" means another person. Since it can be multiple person, it's not using "a player". Same with the Trusted Players and Admins.
"Do not driveby kill player" i just think that this is mean "Do not driveby kill yourself"

Its clear player = single just 1 player and players = all players
Do not driveby kill players tells everything that don't kill players by driveby, if you say do not driveby kill player that means just 1 player and samp don't have just single player there are many players.players is ok

Sorry for doubling the post.
when you type /lcp in race and after you finish race it says : you got a +6 second penalty for using /lcp 2 times.
it should be +6 seconds instead of +6 second.

An example of a "seconds" sentence could be: "You gained a penalty of +6 seconds".
