[NOT BUG] Hydraulics bug

1 - /rh is not working as you can see in the image



2 - Hydraulics install automatically when you enter a tune shop, even if you don't buy it or anything else there

1. It's known sa-mp bug, you need to teleport first to remove it
2. Hydraulics are automatically added when static vehicle re-spawns (or due to the first issue)
