[NOT BUG] Block Cmd Bug

Hello Everyone So there's a bug of block cmd
When we block someone by using /block cmd we can still see the chats used with /cb as shown in the picture
you can see on the above of [Mars]Striker he typed " hi " but I blocked him too

It's not a bug, it was already mentioned in the patch notes.

** Added /ignore command to allow a player ignores another individual player's chat text including /me and /me2 and nearby /chatbbuble (however the text will still appear above their head)
