[FIXED] Above head text bug

I noticed that some regular players (not tp) has above their head the text that every tp has.
i also made a screenshot


I typed /tps and he`s not on the list.

This bug has been reported like hundred of times.
If someone can explain how this bug can occur exactly it would be good.
Because this bug is very old and very small/minor problem, that make it hasn't been fixed yet until now.
