    This topic was made to explain and convince why crashes-v2.4 which installs crashes.asi shouldn't be allowed, and how it gives an advantage.

    First off, what is crashes.asi? Well. Its a script/batch you install to your directory through an installer, this program claims to ''reduce amount of crashes you get'' while playing the game.

    But what is not clear is that how this script breaks the samp FPS Limit of 102. There is no way to get more fps without this script.
    Obviously breaking the limit was never intended and exceeds the rules set by GTA SA/SAMP.
    Now you may think: Ok it just gives more fps, so what is the advantage, well there are several huge advantages this gives you to your deathmatching capabilities.
    I made a video to demonstrate the difference with more than 100 fps and with a limit of 60. It is a pretty huge and noticeable difference.

    Alright. In the first few seconds of the video you can see that cbugging (rapid) is MUCH easier with crashes installed.
    The biggest advantage is the strafing (from left to right) when you shoot. Strafing is much faster, movement in general is much more smooth and quicker, its very harder to get hit with this.



    After, once we add an fps limiter to lower the fps to below 100, you can see the huge difference. First, cbugging is much slower and harder to execute.
    Then there is the strafing, its very sluggish and slow compared to when fps is higher than 100.

    Scoutz recorded some more videos as well, he's the one who provided all the information about this. He may be able to provide more information about this, but I think I have clarified most of it here.

    Lastly, The way to detect this is adding an fps checker for players. Without it also, you can spectate players and see their cbug/how fast the strafe is.

    You can see the difference in the speed Payrle changes his movement direction.

    There are a couple more things that Crashes.asi causes, such as sometimes (while very rarely) the player using it won't take fall damage / explosive damage, which beforehand led to the wrong ban of xshowtimex who uses it, because he was thought to have health hack. And at high enough fps you can't dive into water, cars become very hard to turn.
