Help Me Plz

I play in the server from long ago, my Internet is pretty good, but these days i've been having tons of issues.
To go straight to the point, I get bugged Literally every-day, like 3 or 4 times a day, so can anyone help me, i'm also gonna download one of the computer cleaners that Tocha said about, but I'm not sure if it'll help me in getting bugged so much. Also, can someone send me the direct link of the page that Tocha did of the computer cleaners.

Ahmad Best way is CCleaner is clean ur pc 100% and u have to do what i show u now:
Open Start Menu > Run > type in Run %Temp% and press enter and delete all the files on Temp Folder don't forget don't delete temp folder with out do this Steps must open Run from Start Menu and Type %Temp% i do this everyday and my pc still Fine and don't forget to Scan ur pc by Microsoft Security Essentials and check updates > Download http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/home and Remove the programs u don't use it
Steps : Start Menu > Control panel Programs > Uninstall Program it will open a new window of all ur programs on pc and remove programs u never use it I hope that I have helped you as much as possible. good Luck
