Hi everyone let's get straight to the point so ...
I am building a new PC for someone and i want to ask if my motherboard is compatible or not and can it run some games
    Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2
CPU: AMD Athlon X2 II 4450e Processor
    RAM: 4 GB
    GPU: ATI Radeon 3000
So can that motherboard support a new GPU which is this http://www.amazon.in/gp/aw/d/B00L61V...eywords=gt+750
And if that supports can it run GTA V on Low Settings or in a Low end PC Patch
If you want you can check my motherboard's information online.
    Thanks in advance

Edit : if i buy this GPU can it run GTA V in a lowest settings or how much FPS can it run. And tell me which one should i buy in these two GPU's

Both nVIDIA GT 710 and GT 730 is a PCI-Express 2.0 so it fits (compatible) on your motherboard, Atleast you need a x16 slot. a x8 card will still fit x16 slot at half.

Your CPU can run games like GTA V but it will be too heavy, i suggest to upgrade it too
Your 4GB RAM can run GTA V but i suggest more (about 6GB or 8GB) to prevent lag
GT 730 DDR5 2GB (old kepler) seems bottleneck with your cpu (so you should upgrade it), it should run at 25-40 fps at lowest setting, but i think its not worth for budget (if you mind)
GT 710 DDR3 2GB is still laggy, it should just run at 20-35 fps at lowest setting, not bottleneck, kinda good (only if you buy the newest/kepler one not the old fermi one) worth for budget
a GTX 750 / Ti (maxwell) would be worth for budget and performance you'd get around 60 fps, while the price close to gt 730.. But much better if you also upgrade your cpu and ram so it wont bottleneck.

Just don't buy GT 710 for 2014+ motherboards, as cpu around those year already have integrated graphics with equal performance with GT 710. Good thing yours still old, so it's worth.
GTX 750's close brother is GTX 1050, but i don't think you'll need that since its too new for your pc.
