IRC problem

For irc is not working nor i can register to i always the the channel it loads for some time and says error kiwiirc.com took too long to respond.
help i also have installed ice chat but i can't find server ip and name

First step type /server pool.irc.tl:6667 next step type /nick <Name> to choose a NickName.
Also you need to be registered on IRC to talk on #gamerx Channel. Type /ns register <Password> <Email> after this you need go to Email and activate it.
