Your concept about the requirements for being a Trusted Player is completely wrong. You aren't actually helping a player by donating them your in game money. In that scenario where the player wanted money if you tell the player the ways of earning money themselves then that is considered to be the valid help. For example: To earn money you can kill players and pickup their money bag or buy properties and earn from them automatically every minute or tell them do join races and try to win them which also contributes for earning money in game. Now that is a valid help that a player should contribute if they aim to become a Trusted Player. Also you need to actively help administrators at finding hackers/cheaters and rule breakers by reporting and stuffs. You need to have at least 100+ playing hours before you are eligible for posting a trusted player application, a thread with full requirements and information before applying for a Trusted Player exists in the Trusted Player section of which i have left a link below can get you further better idea.
