[GAMEMODE]Offroad wheels in /wheels

Hello, Just a small suggestion to add offroad wheels in /wheels dialog box, there are 17 wheels in total but when you type /wheels you see 16 of them Offroad wheels are missing.

Yes everyone knows about /ow but it would be good to have that last wheel in the /wheels command to complete the list.

Yea it's needed cuz many players ask cmd for Offroad wheels
