/ca command

Sometimes i saw some people use /ca command in some event like break the glass so someof them use it, go fast and can be winner thanks to /ca.my suggestion like break the glass delete maybe /ca command

The animation system we have is on filterscript, which is separated from the gamemode causing the gamemode cannot prevent the command outside the code.
Same like spectate system, but now it has been moved to gamemode causing people can't use /spec command in minigame just like other commands.
And it should block with another way than moving the code to gamemode if too difficult.
