Sorry for two Suggestions in 5 minutes
Just a little Suggestion

I think That there


where is '3 Posts' should be a Hyperlink which will Show the Posts in which the Person was Thanked
and also the 'Thanked' HYperlink Should Show the players who Thanked him.
All on The admins

Also its not really needed, doesn't matter how much "Thanks" you have, its just a number, and most of forum users don't really care about this number.
