I checked the IRC logs and it comes out you talk a lot with your friends (nothing wrong) but you are not helpful to newbies when they ask questions in-game. Also your activity with the /report command is not enough... Just try to improve and focus on your activity by helping to newbies and reporting hackers/rule-breakers.

In my opinion, the most important requirement for TP status is good behavior. Yes, I see you're active, helpful, reporting in-game (you should active more on forum). Just one thing, I'm not sure about your behavior. It's not really bad (like massive rule breakers) but I don't want to see a TP who "be nice in front of admins only" in the future. And you shouldn't "talk behind someone's back" (someone who you don't know). That's not nice.

I ain't gonna report if I don't see people hacking if there are less reports from me it means I don't mostly see people hacking around I do report, only if I see anyone hacking/rulebreaking etc so please, only checking the logs like a lazy person can't prove if a person is good enough to be a tp.

I hope you realize that PANZEHIR is currently the most active admin in game so not only does he know about your behavior when he's online, he only confirmed his doubts via logs. And regardless of whether or not you help people (which I think you do, so that's nice), you seem bitter and jealous of other people which is not a good thing. Don't let anger ruin things for you and try to focus more on yourself than others. Be friendly, don't talk shit about others, help people, report rulebreakers/cheaters when you can and have a good time - just don't be bitter about not being TP yet cuz sometimes things take more efforts. Good luck next time but no for now.

I just want to add, most of us don't care about reports, I agree that you will report only those that you see. I mean I am pretty sure if you saw some airbreaker in front of you, you would report. The issue here is, we need to focus on looking at your reports since you don't meet the other requirements, which are helping ingame, as well as here on forums. My vote clearly stands though.

I saw that you were helpful. You seem to be a nice person and I am sure if you keep playing like this you will get accepted next time. But for now there is something what bothers other admins.
