The reason why your account is not banned, only IP is banned because GX had database issues. when /ban was used it banned the IPs only but accounts ware still not marked as banned.

Yes i was banned but, since delija cleared all bans so i tried to login my account and it was unbanned

All Range bans and IRC bans are removed however IP bans and Account bans are still active so you will still need to make an ban appeal.

Also some dudes like Elixir , Floogrils and some more are free to play again untill they screw up.

Just IP range bans and IRC bans were removed.

Its "unbanned" because what admin PANZEHIR said:

It means that when you were banned, the /ban command was bugged and only your IP got banned.

You have to post an unban appeal like admin Delija said in that topic (http://forum.gamerxserver.com/forum/...and-irc-bans):
