Everybody knows that u can't use commands while racing [/join], but there are some exceptions like /h and /wheels, u can use both of them before the race starts, but after the race starts the /h (/hidraulycs) can't be used anymore as it says to /leave the race first, but the wheels commands still works (/cw /sw /ow etc.)

The /rh /h during a race got removed cuz someone suggested to remove

/hydraulics command was removed because when people used it in middle of the race they could get an advantage over few jumps (hydraulics bug)
