Hey man, hello!
I think you need to spend more time ingame helping players and reporting cheaters, and dont forget the forum and IRC, remember the secondary requirements:

1. You should have been following our server, forum and IRC rules. Moreover, you must be willing to agree on and follow the Trusted Player rules (in case you get accepted)
2. You should have a good behavior in general
3. You should be reasonably helpful in-game and on the forums (which includes helping players, reporting, ...)
4. You should be registered and reasonably active on IRC
5. You should at least understand the most basic English

You are quite new as well, but don't worry, work on the requirements next time and good luck!
