Panzehir said donators can spawn hydras, rhinos, and that vehicles enabled only in happy hour, or for admins, i have donator status, but i can't spawn that vehicles

Hes already a Donator (/donators), but dunno why he can not spawn them

I forgot to unlock these vehicles when they are spawned with /car command. Try with /v menus it should work.
