I was angry on Robo, when i said "do you think i should kiss you butt now?" Because he was being so shit. Like he is showing off about his level example: "Hey you forgot who i am? You forgot about Rick's topic? in this way" How he made a little thing so big, and it's understandble if i said that.

Here you dramatized things yourself, the logs was clear that i didn't say that way...

Therefore a ban reason should never be "ban evading". So my intention was not wrong, according to what i understood i did that. But if someone keeps on warning and raging on every single thing on little things to new Admin then idk what should i say.

When a NEW ADMIN GOT DOUBTS or MISTAKENLY Understood something, THEY SHOULD ASK and LISTEN to the management/the more experienced admins. Not to say "it wasn't my fault", it was YOUR FAULT that you doubt it, and IT IS NORMAL for NEW ADMINS to get mistake or doubts... And that's why the managements and old admins are there to help you and to teach you a lesson.... not to take off your reputation. But since your ego with "most helpful player and top reputation experienced", you tend to be perfect and not do any fault at all then start denying the lessons given.

I don't even think Poison is asslicking, though I once told him some issues, he was hard to tell than normal players, but easier to tell than you. You even see his TP application was rejected by me, not accepted. So you don't need to justify him with your probably a dramatized logs, since i can understand already how bad he is. I only put him as witness here, not as example you would "revenge" after i posted logs about you.

I never said only Muaaz wrong, both were wrong for both insult or the useless arguement that made tps impatient with their reports and the imbalance jail time. My main point was it does not show Cooperation at all.

This would have been ONLY Muaaz's fault had it been dealt with correctly by Robo, but he never asked Muaaz for his permission therefore..

Did he choose to answer it? NO he choose to argue the way i'm talking (which is not even related to thunder's issue).

However Robo_N1X is no saint, and has quite a bit to improve on as a management - his knowledge in SA-MP is almost flawless, but he has behavioral issues and likes to impose power on lower levels. Just notice how angry he got when Muaaz suggested to make Thunder a TP. There has been many cases of him acting like this since 2015 when he got his management position.

He didn't suggest, didn't you see How Stefan was telling me in admin suggestions that i only said "Yes" once, he told me to give the reason and i was fine with it.
Or do you mean i'm just OK to say "Yes, add him as admin" in admin suggestion, without even posting reason? It was like that...

I'd suggest for admin warns to be made official so that admins are fully aware of when they are being warned. Muaaz disclaims that he was warned officially many times, however admins such as myself know a few instances when he was warned. When I was warned I got PMs, for me to "take it as a warn". This would make it so much easier for demotions to be justified and it would be more orderly if the warns are logged somewhere.

Any actions that we speak about it can be mean a warn and a lesson. Simply this muaaz don't accept the lesson so he wouldn't admit it as warn. And i'm pretty sure Delija and Rick was also warning him, which is why he disagree on it and keep the log for later to send the complain to Stefan. You know what i get when i asked and reported to the management team about his behavior? "Demote him, Robo!", that was not even a command to warn someone, simply i see this as if he was told a lot of times and the management team was tired of him already.

And i already said about being so picky, and internal support. Is this called a good internal support when the internal don't accept source from other internal? This has gone wrong topic, the topic was about "the truth" where i give the truth, not "VOTE WHO IS RIGHT". Eliteus, Rick I was Admin for more than 3 months. In my Whole Admin Journey. i was only warned once by Delija. And there he USED THE WORDS "Take it as warn". And that was too when i newly got lvl 4 and (It was related to checking an hacker not behaviour) I was never warned besides this. Imagine if i was warned so many times, do you think i would had been sitting chill/relax? Nah, not at all.

I was angry on Robo, when i said "do you think i should kiss you butt now?" Because he was being so shit. Like he is showing off about his level example: "Hey you forgot who i am? You forgot about Rick's topic? in this way" How he made a little thing so big, and it's understandble if i said that. YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND IN WHICH CONTEXT I SAID THAT. You already know everything Eliteus , and i already wanted to complain him. And also there was no such thing as "Silent warn" in my case.

Also, i want if someone warning some Admin. He should make that warn like a proper warn, you don't understand it's a warn or just chat how it's happend with me. Jail time change: Muaaz was not wrong to question SaxBoy why he changed from 1 minute to 10 minutes. We are taught that players should be warned, jailed 1min, jailed 2min, jailed 3min, kicked and then finally banned. Robo should not have said Muaaz was "wrong" by saying he insulted SaxBoy with his supposed logs where Muaaz was just joking like he usually does. Proof that it was a joke, is me, Breakdown, Spraky, Kanwar and all the Urdu/Hindi players that used to chat to each other in Teamspeak 3, we know the relationship between Muaaz and SaxBoy and that is of a jokeable one. - Robo's fault

Player count discussion: No one was right or wrong - seemed like a normal conversation and this should not be accounted for Muaaz's demotion. - Neutral

Ban testing: This is Muaaz's fault as he did not read the section where it is told that bans should not be tested on players. Robo however did not deal with it correctly by banning Muaaz. He says that it looks bad when a normal player is banned - BUT IT LOOKS WORSE WHEN AN ADMIN IS BANNED. Also, the player that Muaaz was going to ban consented but Muaaz never consented to getting banned. - This would have been ONLY Muaaz's fault had it been dealt with correctly by Robo, but he never asked Muaaz for his permission therefore... - Both (Mostly Muaaz's as this whole situation could have been avoided had he read the admin section)

Evade ban discussion: Muaaz is wrong for this, as the reason "evade" can be used and has been used by many admins including myself in the past. However, Robo should not have expected an apology as Muaaz's reason was not "wrong" either - Muaaz's fault

Thunder TP situation: This whole thing is a language barrier, or should I say "translation barrier" - Muaaz's intentions were not to order Robo, he was just trying to be respective to an ex-admin. In Urdu/Hindi, there is no modern day word for "please" to make the sentence sound kinder and more like a request, so it makes Muaaz's sentence sound like an order. Also, Robo was right about telling Muaaz that it is management's business to deal with promotions so...- Neutral

Muaaz IRC command usage in public channel: Muaaz's fault

Overall, this whole discussion is pathetic - Muaaz did try to make this discussion private by requesting to talk to Rick in PMs however he took it as blackmailing which is ridiculous.

So, was Muaaz's demotion justified? I don't know, as far as I know, he was warned many times so it was most likely justified. Muaaz also does rage quite a bit such as the following log:

"Admin Muaaz: i cannot kiss ur butt now, as that's not going to happen"

However Robo_N1X is no saint, and has quite a bit to improve on as a management - his knowledge in SA-MP is almost flawless, but he has behavioral issues and likes to impose power on lower levels. Just notice how angry he got when Muaaz suggested to make Thunder a TP. There has been many cases of him acting like this since 2015 when he got his management position.

Both parties need to fix up their attitude and behavior - both of them are playing the victim card and at the same time are attacking each other.

I'd suggest for admin warns to be made official so that admins are fully aware of when they are being warned. Muaaz disclaims that he was warned officially many times, however admins such as myself know a few instances when he was warned. When I was warned I got PMs, for me to "take it as a warn". This would make it so much easier for demotions to be justified and it would be more orderly if the warns are logged somewhere.

Yeah, so there was a ban bug. Account doesn't gets banned. But the IP that was the only thing that use to get banned. I noticed that it's kinda got fixed i guess. One more Incident with Robo




So, one more incident. It happend on Discord #Admin channel (Sorry i have to tell Admin stuff like you did as you like drama Robo so see now). So, PANZEHIR was saying how Nerf is saying shit about GamerX. It's dead etc etc. I shared my opinion that it's not something idk like ok if there are less players even if he said that. It's not a big thing i mean he is just saying the truth. Okay, we don't like it but we need to accept it too. We can't punish him for that and i did some chat there etc. Then ROBO messaged me in Private at Discord. So, i was just talking with him. Suddenly i noticed he started attacking at me lmao i was like what the fuck is this xD and i left a message SEE I WAS STILL NICE as i was tired from his behaviour i said i am tired being nice how much nice i can be? it's truth. He is fucking ungrateful, double faced, snake i helped him even in his test server suggesting him stuff etc helped him in testing etc etc. Besides that testing server i still helped him. Also, even when my /muaaz property command added. I specially pmed him on IRC said thanks to him. He didn't even replied. I even i think while talking with Bol in Admin chat said Thanks to Robo and Rick etc as they added /muaaz as i was so happy.

- It is cowardly from you to spit on Robo, then after some posts which goes in Robo's sense to request a close of the topic, then requesting again a re-open to one of your friend who is admin in GamerX and finally you attempted to teach us how GamerX should be right now. Don't worry GamerX existed 8 years before your arrival, and will still exist.

- About the new players who will read this I don't care at all. In a community there are such events, and players who are involved in this community have the right to know what happend. It also brings more transparency in this situation as everyone was free to give their opinion and nobody was censored.

- Thanks Robo for your logs. It brought more transparency and obviously it justifies Muazz's demotion.

I will conclude my post by expressing my feeling as server owner. Today I'm proud to own a such community. GamerX is a international community with players from 4 corners of the world. In a community nobody is above the rules and nobody has the right to be arrogant. As owner my role is to maintain this community and to succeed I have some decisions to take. Just to say it's all was true, even when rick demoted you to level 2. I was even not surprised how you get level 1 since you're still the same. You are indeed "talkative" and that way you are very smart at talking like if something bad becomes good, and what was good becomes bad. Your overproud sentences where you are most helpful player that you keep telling don't help the server.

Surely he has been effected by your own story, then he changes mind, and he choose to left.

You are even negative thinking to us that we'd close and delete your post, but basically here you are the one asking moderator to close after you posted while we simply posted a clear answer. Which you should stop to deny (everybody know we didn't close and delete your post and it just look like you are still denying it).

During that day you get demoted, i was busy with something else which is more important than your status. The same when this complain was posted, i was even busy more since i was writing the reset challenge record web page since many players and admins wanted it from long time. I was dealing with password/account issues. And just 2 days ago i was busy selecting maps for new event rotation. And today i'm hopefully going to finish the event rotation. I didn't choose my time like you for "hey im very helpful i make this all new good and will get us more players please give me reputation". Back to the point i was saying in discord...
