When i open IRC nowadays.. It simply showing

So is there is any solution to recover my IRC?

Are you banned on irc.tl network? if yes, you need to make a ban appeal at https://irc.tl/viewforum.php?f=23
If you are not banned and getting that alert? you may /join #operhelp channel ask opers.

maybe you are banned from the irc.tl network you must make a appeal for that

Well IRC is part of every irc applications.. If i use it too it will show the same.. So i posted a ban appeal as panzehir said and i'll wait for their reply..
