Try: /msg NickServ SET PASSWORD <newpassword>

use : /msg NickServ SETPASS <nickname> <key> <password>

nickname = your nickname
key = the key you got in your email when you registered enter that
password = new password

The key is only for one time use. for more information use : /msg NickServ help
