maybe you installed another version or 0.3.7 like 0.3.7 rc1/2/3/4 i tried to use rc4 it didnt worked it gives the same error which is in your pic wasn't getting connect and then i installed just samp 0.3.7 and it worked maybe you also got an rc version and that does the problem use 0.3.7 only, and if its not the problem you got 0.3.7 only and still not connecting try some other steps like: uninstall the samp then download new samp 0.3.7 (new one don't install already downloaded one, download new) can be found here:http://forum.sa-mp.com/showthread.php?t=559572 then install it and try to come in game if still didn't work then try to uninstall the game and samp and delete the folder in my documents named "GTA San Andreas User Files" so all files will be deleted (maybe some files are there that cause this problem) and reinstall game newly and samp both then try to come in game maybe it can fix your problem, that happened with me too i installed samp 0.3.7 rc4 and it wasn't connecting then i reinstall samp 0.3.7 only and still the same problem but when i download another samp 0.3.7 from internet it connected maybe it can help you too.
