[DENIED] [IRC]Disable pms

When a player is disturbing a person from irc its very annoying. If we will do /iapms then there will be all the pms disbaled even ingame and irc. But we don't want to disable pms ingame. So there should be a command like /iaipms (ignore all irc private messages) and for one we can do /iipms <Name> as we don't have the id in irc. (ignore irc players messages) We don't have id of irc so i think its a good suggestion. If it is possible so we should also make a id for irc. If can't then NP

Well there are admins on IRC, but nice idea anyway. But /iipms <Name> this wouldn't work since anyone can change their name on IRC.
