You can't get rid of this. It's an SAMP bug and usually gets fixed upon relogging. If it still doesn't get fixed, you can just restart your internet and/or PC and it should be fine. It usually happens because of poor internet connections. There's no way to stop this from happening I guess, sorry...

It's some bug with sa-mp when reconnect attempted on timeout.
Try to restart your router then just restart and rejoin the game.
You must be having very bad or unstable connection that made you always timeout, it's recommended that you have 512kbps Internet Broadband, and prefer wired than wireless.
You may also close another unused/background program that uses internet bandwidth such as torrent or downloader or logout all social media that sync in background.

Game crashes are usually due to mods or corrupted copies of GTA. Reinstalling GTA SA and SAMP fixes (or reduces) the number of crashes.
