need help about blogger

hello guys
i need a help from html coders here
i created a new blogger, i downloade and applied a custom template.. and yes i succesfully did some few changes (direct links and tabs label) but i didn't find a way to change the background image..
so i wont share here my blogger until an admin allows me that but here is a screenshot of my blog
