Inactive Account, Taken Name (In-Game)

Hi there

First of if this is in a wrong section feel free to move it, I didn't find one for what I was looking for or I'm just blind.

I recently changed my in-game name from dMN to MRTN simply because I can't decide on what to have since Demon is taken and this is where this post comes in, would it be possible to have that account (Demon) removed or renamed so I could have that name. I looked at the stats for that account and it seems to me they connected, played and then never came back, last login over a year ago as you can see for yourselves.

If the name change is not possible could you let me know why not for example is the account not inactive enough or...whatever?

If it is possible to have the name changed then could the forum name too be changed to Demon?
