Another update as we continue to try and fix some bugs.

The list of changes is as follows:

GamerX v4.3.8 - restarted Midday 19th January 2015 (GMT+10)
* Updated the /megafall command so it cannot be used when above 1000m
* Updated the /bigfall command so it cannot be used when above 1000m
* Updated the /skydive command so it cannot be used when above 1000m
* Edited the camera Z position exploit crash detection code
* Updated the /getslotvelocity (/getsv) TP and admin command so it only accepts slot values
between 1 and 200
* Updated the /setslotvelocity (/setsv) level 4+ admin command so it only accepts slot values
between 1 and 200
* Edited the weapon shot exploit crash detection code
* Added the /peaceofindia (/india) command to teleport to Peaceofindia's House in LS (objects)
