Well this time i found a bug in /goto. It says that the target player is spectating someone, but then i checked it, and that was not true. He was just running around and not spectating. After sometime i tried again, and then i just teleported me to the player.
Can't teleport to Panzehir, because system says he is spectating someone ( is not true )
As you can see he is not spectating someone, because i spectate him after the first picture.
After sometime he and me can teleport to each.
