Today I Saw This Bus Driver NPC, His Name Isn't Appear On its Above Like Other NPCs.



And When I PMed it, Its Didnt Appear "Sorry PrOGaMeR I am a Really Player I am NPC etc etc.

Dude do u have a any video for more proof? I don't see this for a bug. :|

It is just rendering issue, if your camera is on the top of the NPC and close and you're not in a vehicle, you will be able to see it.
