add cmd to choose your nos mode.
like "click and hold" nos, so when you release your nos button it would turn off.
because now with the existing system you have to tap it very quickly to turn it off, sometimes it doesnt work.

You just need to hold click once (about 1 sec) to enable nos, before that, if it's not added in your car yet, you need to click once first so first click and then another click with hold. If you want to disable the nos, just click again, once your nos is re-added, your previous nos will be disabled as it's replaced. It's even better than you need to wait the nos to be empty itself.
1st click: Nos added.
2nd hold click: Nos enabled.
3rd click: Nos disabled and re-added.
So if you click again after 3rd click, you will just likely to repeat the 3rd step, this is what most players think how it works, but actually they just need to hold click again instead re-adding the nos as gta-sa is not like racing in which some case that release button to disable nos.
It's not even possible to make like what you said as the client controls their nos, not the server (server only give you the nos).
