About the Monster Truck "DM", i think its is more like a derby. You just need to make a map and ask an admin in game or post the map here and tell them that the vehicle you want for the derby is a Monster-truck

About the easter egg event, there is already a pickup competition (type /ghelp and /pucs in game for more informations)
