As you can see up there, you are actually inactive, last logout was 4 March, like, it's a week ago, and you just added 35 minutes to your time spent, that means you play for few minutes in the server and leave.

I agree with this point, You should be Active in-game, but as you just posted your tp app at 4-3-2016, you didn't login from that day till today and that is up to a week, you aren't active.

You don't meet the Secondary Requirement, which is:

you should be helpful in-game and on the forums (which includes helping players, reporting, ...)
