We are not in a rush to have as much members as possible and skills doesnt matter that much. We care about behaviour, i find you annoying also you put your nose everywhere and whenever someone chats... Also try to hang out with us a bit more so we can know you, my vote is No for now.

How? when ever i hangout with you, you kill me.Putting nose in between some person chatting is annoying ?ok i will not do that again.

The things are explained above already.... this is right what they said "you are annoying". Can not be really explained how to improve yourself, as you need to do it by yourself. If you fix your annoying behavior, im sure you will get a positive vote by us.
