As Rinu said you have to suggest it, but you can disable your noss for fire key using /ssfm and then -> (do nothing)
Note that it will be disabled when you are outside races too.Comment

Just type /ssfm to activate noss during race but the speed booster is not been activate during race when you join race.Comment
