I don't know why you doing it in public instead of private.. There is even command for ignoring pursuits by /ipu. Next time do it instead of doing like this

You can report him as Krrish said and you can use /ipu to ignore pursuit invitations (as /id for duels and /ir for races)

You can also see other options on /panel, such as duel invitations and textdraws.

You are a old player here. I thought you know about this thing but seems you don't. use /settings command to see your player settings. There you will find option to block these invites. But what is my advice to you if someone is annoying you in the game first you should contact the in game admin then directly posting on forum, it looks more right to me specially after seeing your case.
