Since you have not specified which server, I will answer with respect to a server I might have created myself. I would try not to be a dick, because sadly enough that`s what most SaMp server owners are nowadays. And once the player count of the community drops down, they become all humble and down to Earth. I think the gaming world needs equality and justice
