Need for Speed 2015 for PC delayed til Spring 2016, will have unlocked framerate

Part of the conversation includes hearing from our PC community that an unlocked frame rate in Need for Speed is a massive priority for you, and we fully agree. To deliver this, we’ve made the decision to move the PC release date to Spring 2016. Our PlayStation 4 and Xbox One release dates will remain the same, starting November 3, 2015 in North America and November 5 worldwide.

This decision on PC gives us the necessary development time to increase the visuals that we can deliver on PC. We will also include content updates that will have been released on console up to that time, making them available to all PC players from day one.
Better than a completely broken on-time release I suppose.

Need for Speed - Cars and Customization/PS4 Gameplay,Screeshots

          http://www.needforspeed.com/en_GB/ne...-customization

Your garage is where the magic happens and it’s here you’ll make iconic cars your own with the most authentic customisation in Need for Speed history. Take a car from stock to stock plus awesome in the blink of an eye.

Visually customise your ride with the hottest after-market brands, including Rocket Bunny, Seibon Carbon and Rauh-Welt Begriff. Equip the world’s wildest parts to build your one of a kind masterpiece.

From side skirts to spoilers, fenders to wing mirrors, tires, rims and much more, almost every area of the car is available for you to craft.

Once you’re done with the parts, Need for Speed’s brand new Wrap Editor will give you everything you need to let your imagination run free. Start off by easily selecting from a range of options to create your perfect paint job, from changing the hue and saturation to getting that matte black finish you've always dreamed of.

The wrap editor also comes with a huge variety of decals, allowing you to select graphics from leading brands or choose from a range of patterns, shapes, flags and more.

Show off your creativity on each area of the car’s bodywork and windows; move, rotate and scale to turn simple shapes into a multi-layered masterpiece.

Built from the ground up, the Need for Speed Wrap Editor gives you the power to create a ride that expresses your personality.

Performance upgrades let you max out the potential of your cars. Beef up your engine to increase your horsepower, acceleration and top speed. Switch out parts; from your cam shaft to your clutch, from your suspension to your ECU, from your nitrous to your turbo.

Personalized handling lets you find that perfect setup, allowing you to get your car handling exactly how you want it. Move the master slider between drift and grip, or fine tune individual settings.

Change tire pressures, downforce, brake bias and more. Want a drift focussed ride? No problem. More grip? You got it.

Play your own way, in your own one of a kind car and unleash your personality on Ventura Bay.

I played the closed Beta a couple of hours now and I got to say that this is going to be an epic game.
            My personal opinion so far:

+ Variety of costumization, building an unique car is definitely possible!
+ ammount of cars (50 already in the closed beta, more to come in the full game)
+ graphics (PS4) are amazing, experienced no lags either, excited for the potential of PC without framelock
            + sound/effects are great
+ Ventura Bay (the map) is huge
+ CPU drivers are quiet good, game is challenging and not an "easy-go"
+ soundtrack (OST) is as awesome as in every NFS so far

-/+ cutscenes in solomode are often too long, however they are nicely made
            -/+ 30FPS on console platform
-/+ cops aren't that good, its almost too easy to escape from them, cooldown phase is too short

            - mirroring of vinyls is not possible (at least it isnt in the beta), they need to add it
            - connection issues from time to time
            - continously rain
            - you cannot switch between "Alldrive" (Online-Mode) and Solo-mode ("Career") while you are ingame, you need to restart the game and
choose it in the main menu, this needs to be fixed
            - when a friend joins you, the game quits and you get together in another session (even if you are in a race)
            - no cockpit view (although the interior of the car is fully detailed)
            - you cannot switch between automatic and manual transmission (just automatic)

I think some of these negative aspects are gone when the full game will be released, other than that, I cannot wait to recieve the full version!
