Yes i know that you are probably bought the 4 packs! I didn't say that you get illegal keys or something, but i'm sure if it's 4 packs then it's a gift, not resellable. You better gift it to your friends instead (that's why it's called Gift!). And no, i already know that after 30 days it becomes tradeable (but still, not with money).

And if you are just want to trade it with other steam game or steam items (which you have to wait 30 days to make it Tradeable) then you are likely going to post here: http://steamcommunity.com/app/252950/tradingforum/

I updated my post on where you can also do it...
Just if you think that you didn't actually want to purchase 4 pack try to then refund it (but then you need to buy the single game again, and unfortunately the sale is ended). Only if you haven't played the game much though.
