qno:1 upload the picture to something like imgur.com and copy the link that has [IMG]link[/IMG] like this: "[IMG]http://i.imgur.com/48X9nRL.jpg[/IMGx]"(without the x). then go in settings and edit signature, paste the link with the [IMG] in there.

You might upload your picture to a image hosting website like tinypic, or imgur for easier (it's blocked by isp).
After uploaded, right click on image and select "copy image source", but in tinypic you could copy the text of "Forum Code"
Then go to Settings > Edit Signature [below My Signature] > then paste your img link/code in the textbox:
[img]img link here[/img]
For rockingevilz's signature would be:
[IMG]http://oi42.tinypic.com/t8mf15.jpg[/IMG]

Password are not readable by humans so,
You need to contact admin ingame/IRC, better Management that can reset your password, but if you ask admin, they will have to delete your account then transfer your stats to your new created account. But remember that you have to confirm that you're the owner of the account.
