Alright, thanks Robo for the explanation . I just wanted to make Gx discord server more important because it has a lot of users and its known for it's stability ( talking about discord ). But making a couple of bots to that server similar to the irc ones, the simple ones like for small uses like !tp !tps etc.. Or even transmitting Pms through it

The thing is, Sa-Mp has a discord Plugin. So when you scripters install that plugin in GamerX, you could move the IRC bots to discord ( hosted for free) and use the Voice chat feature ( again, for free ) which may save you the money you paying for IRC hosts or Teamspeak Hosts. And the big picture is that no randoms can join the discord server, you can make it invite only and get rid of those idiots who love to spam IRC .... think about it
Having a GamerX server that allows you to do pretty much everything like IRC stuff, voice chat, share videos, Upload files (quickly) Voice chat privately ( even with Cams like Skype ) so Rick can see his female fans directly hhh not through their facebook and w/e

GamerX rent a dedicated server, not a specific application servers like sa-mp, minecraft, website/forum, irc, teamspeak separately... All is in one same server and does not require extra cost/money wether gamerx host them or not. This also lets the owner have full control than having to let 3rd party to manage them, which in that case they could abuse stored information of gamerx.
We did not host irc server anymore, IRC.tl from sa-mp community hosts that (trusted partner), we are running the IRC Bots from the gamerx server by connecting them to IRC.TL
Discord has network/main server that is free for everyone to join including make sub server, channels, etc, while being managed by the Discord teams. TeamSpeak might be replaced by Discord, but not everything from IRC since it has different uses, functions, and protocol, and so the rest can be implemented in discord by porting its code and changing its script to maintain capability, of course it would need time.
