I agree but, I'm with Eliteus real reason is Hosted tab, Most of our players came from hosted tab (even me), so i am offering hosted tab for 20$ if Rick wants (31 days), Instead of making a thread like this (will help yea, but 30%), make a thread for donations, Explain: If 4 players donated 5$ we'll get players, so Owner will get donations, so he will put it hosted tab the other month,etc.
It's just opinion.

I'm part of this community for 9 years, I've played on this server even when GamerX was the best server in SA-MP having hundreds of players online.

I noticed the sudden drop of the player count too, and I've gotta say there are more reasons of this player count drop, like people playing here only for levels and when they fuck up anything they do some unecessary dramas then most probably leave, stubborn and proud players or admins, the inactivity of the main staff and Admins not taking the job so seriously anymore (I'm admin and i saw this many many times) plus the arrogance and the big egos some guys have here. That's why GamerX lost a lot of players and we all need to change and stop being stubborn in order to make new players wanna play here everyday and maybe bring some old folks back.

I am sorry that I wasn't clear enough in my post. I got a lot of messages with questions regarding to that. Eliteus has explained everything perfect in one of his posts and I got nothing to add to that.

Of course we can't prohibit you to talk about anything you want via private messages or clan chat. It's is fine. The main chat should stay without absurd topics or swearings tho. It affects everyone. Even administrators and managers. It's just time to take the first steps and bring the server into good times again - that's what I plan to do and thats the first little step.

I am ready to extend all explanations after my vacations on August 31st and will reply on all your private messages after that.

The whole topic is about the CURRENT problem (the player count.) Not some problem that you solved in the past.

I'm complaining about the people who haven't contributed lately to the server talking about how the new changes are not helpful.

If that's so, then why not offer your own suggestion to improve the player count? But no, all I saw was bitching about managements decision.

If you don't think the new changes are helpful, then share with us your awesome solution.

I've encouraged temp names to rejoin with unused names and to use /register when they rejoin. That's all I know to do. Welcome the newbies.

I got Borisov to register to server and he joins daily. Breaks rules a lot, but hey, +1 player count.

I will keep doing this whenever I'm not busy mapping or trying to rank up.

ontopic: I guess u guys are takin a announce made by Left to serious, i mean, its a game, nothing else, if you got friends here, fine, but you can get friend in other multiplayers games too.So lets relax and think about the reason why the number of players decreased
Its not about who made the most contribuitions or who donated money to gamerx , etc.etc.
Its all about the decreased number of players from gamerx
There is a lot of reason , but u guys only see 1 or 2 reasons
Lets work togheter to find a good solution to bring players back, of course only if they want to come back

I lost a few IQ's from that, more than what I was actually responding to in that quote. Oh and I didn't just do a "boo boo" (As you describe it) - what I said is not in any way profanity or something against what Left said. I think you need to step up your English Language skills right there (Don't know how your surviving here in UK).

Anyways, I don't know why there is a whole debate about this when clearly nothing is going to change, at least not until some valid reason is given - which right now I think won't come at all seeing by the maturity by some of you.

Modifying or tweaking the rules a bit will not change how the player count works but cleaning up chat will definitely not be the worst of things. Hopefully that doesn't give Admins an excuse to find and punish people for the slightest of things or give out unjustified warnings though.

I'm pretty sure you can say "ass'' in chat don't worry xD Just cause Left said the chat needs to be moderated better doesn't mean the admins are going to straight up be nazis about every little thing. It just means that we need to be smarter about what we say in the main chat and take in account what random new players might think of the server regarding how we act.

"What the hell" is not anywhere as bad as dirty language such as "f*cking, promoting sexual abuse, being a pedophile or being a nonse making shit incest jokes". In fact you youself used similar language to mine, "I'm sure as HELL" - so before telling me to follow rules, make sure you are too.

You've clearly been in the low class run down areas of UK then, don't base the whole of UK by simply the areas you have been in because I am pretty sure it is no where near as the whole country.

I want to understand why the hell there is so many confusion about it. To be honest I don't think it will change anything about player count BUT I'm this is happening since it was VERY VERY VERY annoying to look in chat and see things like "I masturbate 6 times per week", "my dick liked it", "I like fucking big asses". It looks so childish, like a 12yo who had just entered his first porn website. I'm sure admins won't prohibit things like "what the fuck", "that's bullshit" and etc, just look more mature in chat. And as someone said, the main reason of the abrupt player decreasing should be the server removed from the Hosted Tab or anything like this.

I also expect this new "rule" doesn't became an excuse to bad admins punish players they don't like when those players say smth as, for example for me "hey Eliteus ma fuckin' boy" and judge it as shitty talking and then say "Don't start with drama, you saw Left's post". This was a very good decision from Left (and anyone who helped him) and I like it. But i enforce I don't think this will change things in player count (months ago when the chat was fulled with poop conversations the player count was still near to and over 100).
