Another update... I fixed the issues with spec and some other bugs.

The changes are as follows:

GamerX v4.1.6 - restarted 3pm 27th July 2014 (GMT+10)
* Added code to fix the problems with spec when the player being spectated changes virtual world
(eg when they go to a minigame or Event)
* Fixed the code that runs when a player changes interior so any player spectating them also has
their interior updated correctly (sometimes it did not work)
* Fixed a minor bug with the /setvirtualworld (/svw) level 3+ admin command (it did not display the
virtual world that was set in the text displayed to the admin)
* Added the /heartbeat command to teleport to Heartbeat's House in SF
* Updated some of the pickup code for weapons and money dropped when a player dies
* Added code to the anti cheat timer to detect flying swim cheaters
* Added the /autoacflyingswimalerts (/aacfsa) level 7+ admin command to enable or disable the AC for
flying swim cheaters

Note: the bug with spawning with medic skin after an Event has not been fixed. It will be fixed in the next update.
