GamerX v4.3.4
Another update... Rick made some changes to the Hunger Games Event and updated some other Events.
I made some bug fixes and added runtime debug handling so we can try to figure out the cause of a few ongoing errors/bugs.

I made some bug fixes and added runtime debug handling so we can try to figure out the cause of a few ongoing errors/bugs.
The changes are as follows:
GamerX v4.3.4 - restarted 2:30pm 5th January 2015 (GMT+10)
* Added a callback for pawn runtime crashes so it echos the details to IRC for debugging
* Rick: Updated the /disablevmode (/dv) level 3+ admin command to add an option to disable all of
the target players vehicle modes
* Rick: Updated the Hunger Games Event so when a player dies a weapon item is spawned where the
player died
* Rick: Updated the Hunger Games Event so players cannot pick up food items when they are not hungry
* Rick: Deleted the pizza food item in the Hunger Games Event (replaced by the milk food item)
* Rick: Fixed the /gunmenu and /carmenu commands to make them compatible with the new Siege Event

* Rick: Updated the CTF Event so when a player damages their team mate a message is displayed to warn them
* Rick: Updated the Siege Event so when a player hits their team mate a message is displayed to warn them
* Rick: Updated the Team Death Match Event so when a player hits their team mate a message is displayed
to warn them
* Fixed a bug with the /disablevmode (/dv) level 3+ admin command: sometimes it would display the
unknown command message (sscanf was using the U param instead of S)
* Updated the /disablevmode (/dv) level 3+ admin command so it displays more feedback (eg when the
command values are not correct and also when the target players vehicle mode is already disabled)
