The test server ip is gamerxserver.com:8801

You will need to match your client version with the server version in order to connect and in this case the test server is in 0.3.7 version so you need to update your client first.

Be sure that you have SAMP 0.3.7 installed. As it won't connect with 0.3z as Blackid said.
