Trusted Player Application Rules Update

Lately we had a lot of applicants who didnt even meet the requirements at the time of posting the application. As a result of that we decided to change the application rules a bit.

Usually when we denied an application we allowed you to reapply after one month. From now on, if you DO NOT meet the requirements at the time of posting the application, you'll have to wait two months before you are allowed to apply again. If you do meet the requirements but get denied for having too many "No's" you'll have to wait one month before you are allowed to apply again, just like before.

By making this small change we hope to prevent more of those useless applications in the future.

Thank you , exactly much players want to get TP's Status and didnt even meet the requirements , i think that's will be good if you add that in TP's rules , you can make that like as a NOTE.
