Yup it's true, it's more smooth, you can shoot the skin to make damage, but you will still find problem like "OMG LAGGER, FIX YOUR PING PLEASE"

If you can see on the release feature thread a lag compensation (lag shoot fix) is made optional, so it's possible to enable the lag shoot in 0.3z
