Yes , it's a bug when server has some problem or crash or database you see that problem.

Ez did something to the database that made all admins lvl 10 and us Trusted Players lvl 5 and 4. It was during the 2012 April fools. It was really fun that I get to use admin commands like slap, cookies, etc. but ban and kick commands weren't allowed :P
