Clan War rules (suggestion)

As we know we have lost 5/7 wars just because of some inactive players and players who don't listen to leader,there should be new set of rules made to ensure we don't have inactive players and players who don't use their attacks intentionally.......
But also we should have not more than 2 wars a week,like one war on wednesday and another on friday, so that players who don't get much time to play could manage their time and be present at battle days.

RULES(suggestion)-

-Use your attacks in every war,if can't inform the leader or co-leaders in advance.
-Don't donate low level troops in Clan War clan castle (leader and co-leaders will tell what to donate particularly).
-Don't attack high lvl bases just for the loot.
-During clan wars strictly stick to the donate request (donate only what is asked).
-People with high lvl troops should not attack low lvl bases unless the leader or co-leader says to do so.
-Don't be cheap use the best strategies and troops you got (plan ahead).
-Don't keep your th outside (if you have it outside put it inside on preparation day and you can put it out on battle day).
-Listen to the instructions given by leader and co-leaders.

Not following the rules may result in a kick(suggestion as well )

But there need something, Not all members can earn a star in 2 attacks.. so it shouldn't be a rule,
Cheap troops can also complete attack, although in small damage, but it shouldn't be a rule but a great strategy is expected instead (This is including people that try to attack a base that's already attacked by another member and earned a star or two, a few people fails on getting better star)
Also i think there is a rule for donation already (For base defend and attack) that written only Lv 5 or up wizards, Level 3 or up Dragon, etc..

And also being inactive in a clan war must have a good reason, and then the leader/co-leader can decide to kick next time.
