why can't I join Gamerx Clan

First I was going join Gamerx Clan which has 34 members in it and I waited for them to accept my invite and later when I checked it says I am declined from joining the clan and then again when I try to join the clan it says I am banned from joining that clan

Note: As of January 2015, the main clan need members if you're in TH7 or higher (1000 trophies).

Maybe you don't meet the requirments.

TH = Townhall

Your Townhall is 6 you need to upgrade it to 7 to join the GamerX Clan.

You're not banned, we were just declined you that time since your level is still low. Join GamerX2 instead.

My level is low I saw some players who r still lvl 35 only or 38

Venera is only lvl 39 and has lvl 6 Townhall and Abdullah is lvl 27 and has lvl 5 Townhall they both are in the clan and still I can't join it

There is no "BANNED" or exception list to join a clan, or limitation for level, or Town Hall Level in clash of clans.
There is only limitation with your TROPHY, so if you have lower trophy then you are not able to join. Also please provide information when joining with message mentioning that you're from GamerX. If you get denied continuously, then there is probably an Elder which already know you but HATE you. In this case, you can join GamerX2 first then later try again.
